I can definitely relate to your story, in my case with my grandmother who raised me, and I loved dearly. It was extremely painful when she passed away from cancer as well. Now I am in the same foot steeps, about to take my mother (at the end of June) on her first trip to Europe. I can wait to share wonderful memories with her. I am sure your mom is dancing and at peace in heaven :)
